Summer of “Fear Not” 2020 #11

Fear Not #11 – Psalm 115:11 NIV – You who fear him, trust in the LORD – he is their help and shield.

Here is another command – trust in the Lord. It’s not a suggestion, it’s an imperative, a command, something urgent, something extremely important, and something unavoidable. So if you fear the Lord, or stand in awe of, or revere or be astonished by the LORD, trust in him also. Why? We are in awe of him and we trust him because he is our help and shield. Not only will he help you but he will also shield and protect you. This is a small but mighty verse. Thank you Jesus that you are there to help and protect us as we revere and trust in you.
